Using only archival footage from Julia Gillard’s three-year term in office, this film is an honest portrait of the nation’s response to its first and only female prime minister. Exploring the themes of sexism, power and misogyny, this film examines the issue of prejudice against women in leadership and its ongoing impact on female participation in parliament and society more broadly.
