Last call for submissions

Once the extended deadline is closed, Festival programmers shall, within 40 days at the latest, decide on the selection for the year 2018 and publish final results on the Festival's web page.

According to previous announcements, submissions for the participation in the first Al Jazeera Balkans Documentary Film Festival were open until 10th May. However, due to the great interest of professionals and production companies, we announce the extension of the deadline until 30th May 2018.

The price for film submission in the extended application deadline is EUR 20, which pertains only to submissions outside of the Balkans region, as stipulated in the Rules and Regulations.
