Extended submission deadline for 4th AJB DOC Film Festival

The films can be submitted until midnight of 31st May 2021.

Al Jazeera Balkans Documentary Film Festival (AJB DOC) would like to inform all authors and production companies that the submission deadline for the fourth edition of the Festival has been extended and that films can be submitted until midnight of 31st May 2021.

Submissions for the fourth edition of the AJB DOC Film Festival will be made through the application formon the web site www.ajbdoc.ba or through the Film Freeway platform.

AJB DOC Film Festival will take place in Sarajevo and/or online from 10h to 14th September 2021. 

There is no country-of-origin limitation for producers and authors who wish to submit their film. One of the main criteria is a TV documentary format with a minimum duration of 22 to 27 minutes and a maximum of 44 to 52 minutes. All additional details regarding submissions and rules and regulations are available on the official festival site.

The official selection of the AJB DOC Film Festival, competition, non-competion and AJB Screening programme, will be announced at the beginning of September 2021.

The AJB DOC Film Festival will present awards in three established categories and all selected films can be considered for an acquisition agreement with the Al Jazeera Balkans and broadcast on its TV Channel.
