Volunteer applications are open from 20th May to 20th July 2018, and can be submitted through an online application form to be found here.

Once the extended deadline is closed, Festival programmers shall, within 40 days at the latest, decide on the selection for the year 2018 and publish final results on the Festival's web page.

All submitted films must be in a TV documentary format, with a minimum running time of 22- 27 minutes and maximum 44-52 minutes. There are no country-of-origin limitations for production companies and authors.
